How quickly will my furniture arrive?
Most in-stock orders are delivered within 3 days, fully assembled. We hold stock locally in Birmingham, so you're not waiting for a factory or a shipping container.
Do you deliver to my postcode?
We deliver across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands, including Erdington, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Edgbaston, Quinton, Halesowen, Bromsgrove, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Coventry and surrounding areas. Outside the West Midlands? Get in touch and we'll quote.
Does the furniture arrive assembled?
Yes. Every piece arrives already fully assembled - we do not build furniture in your home. Our team carries it to the room of your choice, ready to use. No flat-pack instructions, no tools, no packaging left behind.
How much does delivery cost?
Free delivery across Birmingham, with every piece arriving fully assembled. A small charge may apply to addresses outside the West Midlands, so contact us before ordering for a quote.

What colours do you offer?
Every wardrobe, chest and bedside is available in three finishes: White, Grey and Oak. Order the matching pieces together and the colours line up exactly.
What's the difference between a 2-door and a 4-door wardrobe?
2-door wardrobes are designed for single users or smaller bedrooms (typically 80–100cm wide). 4-door wardrobes are the larger double-width option (around 180–200cm), with optional internal drawers, and are best for couples or main bedrooms.
Do the bedroom sets save money vs buying separately?
Yes. The bundled bedroom sets (wardrobe + 5-drawer chest + 3-drawer bedside) come in at less than buying the same pieces individually. Sets are listed under Bedroom Sets in the main menu.
Can I see a piece before I buy?
We're a Birmingham-based delivery operation rather than a high-street showroom. Get in touch via the contact form and we'll do our best to arrange a viewing.
Payment & returns
Do you offer finance?
Finance is not shown as a live checkout option yet. For now, request a free quote and we'll confirm the full price before delivery is arranged.
What is your returns policy?
If a piece arrives damaged or you change your mind within 14 days of delivery, contact us and we'll arrange collection. Items must be in their original condition.
What if something is damaged on delivery?
Tell our delivery team or email us within 48 hours. We'll arrange whichever you prefer, replacement or refund, with no hassle.
