What to expect on delivery day
A quick guide to how delivery and room placement works - every piece arrives fully assembled and ready to use.

Before delivery day
Make sure the route to the room is clear, especially around stairs, tight hallways and bedroom doors. Each piece arrives fully assembled, so leave enough space for it to be carried in and positioned.
If access is difficult, tell the team before delivery so they can plan the visit properly.
On the day
Your furniture arrives already fully assembled - we do not build anything in your home. The team carries each piece to the room and positions it where you want it, with nothing for you to build and no second visit needed.
For matching sets, it helps to know roughly where the wardrobe, chest and bedside cabinet should sit before the team arrives.
Once it's in place
Check door swing, drawer movement and final position before the team leaves. Small placement changes are much easier while the team is still with you.
Keep the room layout practical: leave enough space to open drawers fully and walk around the bed comfortably.
